Bonus levels
The classification in the bonus levels only counts from stays that started on or after 1 December 2023.
Validity of the vouchers
The collected jewels do not expire.
Issued vouchers must be presented and redeemed directly on site. Issued vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
After these 2 years, the vouchers automatically lose their validity and can therefore no longer be redeemed.
We reserve the right to credit jewels back to the myNaturjuwel account in the event that a premium voucher is not available due to delivery difficulties.
